What we previewed:

Agent Snapshots – A comprehensive agent performance hub designed for team leaders to monitor their entire team in one place agent by agent. We'll demonstrate how team leaders can access detailed agent metrics, performance goals and activity data. Agents also will have the option to view their individual stats to assist with 1:1 coaching and feedback sessions.

New AI Coach Personas – Our AI Sales Coach is expanding with new objection handling and coaching personas. Now your agents can sharpen their phone skills to master dozens of real-world practice scenarios including: FSBO conversations, expired listings calls, sphere outreach, price reduction discussions, and more.

AI Grading Dashboards – Preview our newly redesigned AI Grading call performance dashboard that will help team leaders evaluate and monitor their team's conversation quality even more efficiently and effectively.

Weekly Performance Emails – Your agent weekly performance emails will shortly include a new AI Coaching call analysis section and highlight areas where agents may benefit from additional support or training.
