What is ProDispatch?
The ProDispatch router is an essential tool for any organization looking to optimize their lead management and conversion processes. It offers valuable insights into the leads being offered to agents and the deals generated from those leads.
Ensure that your leads are being routed to the best agent for the job by configuring lead eligibility based on area, price point, and specialty. Set your configurations by agent in advance, so that leads are routed with 100% efficiency and assurance.
With real-time visibility and tracking capabilities, you can make informed decisions and drive better results in your lead generation efforts.
How do I setup ProDispatch?
Once your lead router has been activated, you'll navigate over to your ProDispatch tab and select ProDispatch Configuration.

How are my agents notified of lead handouts?
Currently, your agents are notified of lead handouts in Slack by a direct message. The amount of time in which the handout stays with an agent (up to 30 seconds) is determined during set up.
Please Note: During setup of the router, a Slack "invite" will be sent to you that, once accepted, will automatically create channels two channels labeled Lead Handouts and Unclaimed Leads.
How are leads routed to agents?
Leads are routed to agents using the ProDispatch Lead Form in MaverickRE. Your ISA will require a login to your platform in order to use the form.

How do I view lead handout stats?
To view key lead handout statistics, visit your ProDispatch Reporting under the ProDispatch Tab.

ProDispatch Overview
The ProDispatch Router is a great way to ensure the right agents are getting the right lead handouts, at the right time!

Updating ProDispatch Router Areas / Price Points / Specialties
Before you are able to configure each agent you will need to set up the Areas, Price points, and Specialties for your account. You'll come back to the individual agent configurations once you've completed these options.

Editing Area Options
These should be areas your agents/team are representing. To add an Area on the list, select Edit Area Options, select Add New Area, select the Enter Value field and enter the data then select Submit. You can add as many areas as you think are necessary for your real estate business.

Editing Price Options
Price Point Options is the list of price points or price ranges that your agents are qualified to receive. To add a new price point on the list, select Edit Price Options, select Add New Price Tier, select the Enter Value field and enter the price point or range, then select Submit.

Editing Specialty Options
Specialty Options is the list of specialties that your team caters to. To add a Specialty on the list, select Edit Specialty Options, select Add New Specialty. In the Enter Value field, enter the specialty, then select Submit. For example, Commercial or Rental would be considered a specialty where only some agents may be qualified to take those leads.

Don't forget to save your changes!
Setting Up Individual Agent Configurations
To begin setting up each agent's lead router configurations you will locate their name in the Search Agent field.

Next you'll indicate the Target Lead Number of handouts you want your agents to receive per month.

In the Lead Eligible option you are indicating whether or not the corresponding agent is eligible to receive leads or not. This option should not be used to pause agents from handout distribution.

Next you'll indicate whether or not the agent is Paused or not. For example, if you have an agent that is going on vacation and opting not to take lead handouts during that time, you can pause them from lead handouts while they are away and unpause then once they are back. Please note that agents also have the ability to pause and unpause themselves from receiving lead handouts by using the Slack commands /pause and /unpause.

In the Eligible for Buyers section you are indicating whether or not this agent is qualified for Buyer type leads.

In the Eligible for Sellers section you are indicating whether or not this agent is qualified for seller type leads.

Agent Areas, Price Points and Specialties
You can configure each of your agents individually to represent specific areas, price points, and specialties. This will tell MaverickRE's lead router which agents the lead handouts should be broadcast to in Slack.
Setting up your Areas
Select the area or areas that the agent serves.

Next, select the price point(s) that the agent is qualified to take.

Choose specialties that make the most sense for this agent.

ProDispatch Form Overview
The ProDispatch Form is a helpful tool that is used by your ISAs to help broadcast leads to specific groups of agents via slack, as well as the ability to directly assign a lead to an agent as needed.
To access your lead handout form, use the drop down menu under ProDispatch tab and select ProDispatch Form.

Filling out your ProDispatch Form
Search Lead
To begin, you're going to search a lead to load it into your ProDispatch Form by entering the lead ID from Follow Up Boss and selecting 'Load Lead'.

Locating a Lead ID
To locate a lead's ID in Follow Up Boss you must be logged into Follow Up Boss and on the lead's profile page.
Once you've arrived on the lead's profile page, move your curser up to the URL bar and locate their ID number at the end of the URL. Copy that number and enter it into the Lead ID field.

Data Configuration

Price Point
Price Points or price ranges that your agents are qualified to receive. For more information on how to set up the Price Point options for the Lead Router, please visit this article.
Price Exact
Price Exact is the exact price of the property the lead is buying/ selling.
Area
Area is the location where the property is located. These Areas are created in the Lead Router Configurations. For more information on how to set up the Area options for the Lead Router, please visit this article.
Area Exact
Area Exact is the exact area of the property. For example, this may include the zip code, specific city name, or even the exact address.
Timeframe
Timeframe is where you can set the appointment to either now, within 3 months, within 6 months, or over 6 months.
ISA
ISA is where you can choose which ISA is handing out the lead.
Type
Type determines whether the lead is a buyer, seller, or both.
Appointment Type
Appointment Type varies on the type of appointment created in Follow Up Boss.
Appointment Time
Appointment Time is the date and time that the appointment has been scheduled with the lead. Once the form has been submitted with the appropriate date and time, the appointment will update automatically in Follow Up Boss.
Specialty Type
Specialty Options is the list of specialties that your team caters to. For example, Commercial or Rental would be considered a specialty where only some agents may be qualified to take those leads. Handout Notes
Handout Notes is used to provide any additional details about the lead and any important information they feel is relevant about the property.
Handout Direct
Checking the Handout Direct option will allow the person submitting the handout to send a lead directly to a selected agent.
Please note that direct handouts do impact an agent's target lead number you have set in their lead handout configurations.

ProDispatch Handout Reporting Overview
The ProDispatch Router Tool is a powerful solution that provides valuable insights into the leads being offered to agents and the deals generated from those leads. With this tool, you can gain a comprehensive understanding of the lead handout process and monitor real-time updates on the leads offered to each agent and their corresponding claims.
To view your ProDispatch Reporting, select the drop down menu under ProDispatch tab and select the ProDispatch Reporting tab.

Filtering Your Report
You can filter your report by specific timeframes, lead type, and sources. Remember to select Run Report once you've made your selections.

ProDispatch Handout Snapshot
The ProDispatch Tool provides a snapshot overview of your lead router statistics based on the selected timeframe, lead source and type. This feature offers a quick and convenient way to assess the performance of your lead routing system.

You can toggle between various reports depending on what you want to see including, handout stats, lead details, deals details, leads by area and ISA Stats

Handout Stats
Handout stats give you insight into the leads that have been taken, offered and claimed by each eligible agent.
Lead Details
Lead details gives you insight into the number of leads by agent in crucial stages that have been sent through the router.
Deal Details
Deal details gives you insight into the number of deals, deal volume and the conversion rate for each agent of leads sent through the router.
Leads By Area
Leads by area will give you a quick overview of the number of leads and deals in each area, price point and specialty.
ISA Stats
ISA stats will provide a snapshot of the total appointments as well as the number of leads in each crucial stage. This report will also break this information down by ISA.

ProDispatch Reporting Snapshot

Leads
The number of leads put through the Lead Router within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Accepted Deals
The number of transactions with an acceptance date within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Closed Deals
The number of transactions with a close date/closed status within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Pending Deals
The number of transactions with a pending status within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Active Buyer/Seller
The number of leads mapped to "Actively Listed/Showing Homes" stages from FUB put through the Lead Router within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Short Nurture
The number of leads mapped to "Short Term Nurture" stages from FUB put through the Lead Router within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Long Nurture
The number of leads mapped to "Long Term Nurture" stages from FUB put through the Lead Router within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Rejected
The number of leads in a stage in FUB that is mapped to the "Rejected/Trash" stage type in Maverick that wre put through the Lead Router within the selected timeframe and BUYER/SELLER/BOTH, and/or SOURCE filter selections.
Agent Handout Stats

Leads Taken
The number of leads claimed that were routed through the Lead Router tool.
Offered Today
The number of leads offered within the calendar day that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Claimed Today
The number of leads claimed within the calendar day that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Offered Last 7 Days
The number of leads offered within the last 7 Days that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Claimed Last 7 Days
The number of leads claimed within the last 7 Days that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Offered Last 30 Days
The number of leads offered within the last 30 Days that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Claimed Last 30 Days
The number of leads claimed within the last 30 Days that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Is Eligible
Active checkbox showing if agent is set up to receive leads from the lead router. If checked, the agent is eligible to receive leads. If unchecked, the agent is not eligible to receive leads. To update your agent's eligibility, navigate to your lead router configurations tab.
Target Number
Target number of leads allowed to be assigned to an active agent within a rolling 30 day timeframe.
Remaining 30 Days Target
Remaining number of leads within a rolling 30 days based on the set target number for the agent.
Lead Details

Leads Taken
The number and percentage of leads claimed that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Top of Funnel Stage
The number and percentage of leads in 'Top of Funnel' Stages based on mapped stages in Mav.
Leads Unresponsive
The number and percentage of leads mapped to 'Attempted Contact/Unresponsive' stage.
Appointment Outstanding
The number and percentage of leads missing appointment 'Outcome' on leads mapped from FUB.
Long Nurture Stages
The number and percentage of leads in 'Long Nurture' Stages based on mapped stages in Mav.
Short Nurture Stages
The number and percentage of leads in 'Short Nurture' Stages based on mapped stages in Mav.
Active Buyer/Seller Stages
The number and percentage of leads in 'Active Buyer/Seller' Stages based on mapped stages in Mav.
Rejected/Trash
The number and percentage of leads in 'Trash/Rejected' Stages based on mapped stages in Mav.
Closed/Under Contract
The number and percentage of leads in 'Closed/Under Contract' Stages based on mapped stages in Mav.
Reassigned
The number and percentage of leads that have been routed to the agent that are now reassigned to another agent in FUB.
Deal Details

Leads Taken
The number of leads claimed that were routed through Lead Router tool.
Pending Deals
The number of leads claimed that were routed through Lead Router tool that are now in 'Pending' status in your TMS.
Pending Deals Volume
Total volume from leads in a 'Pending' status in your TMS that were claimed and routed through Lead Router tool.
Closed Deals
The number of leads claimed that were routed through Lead Router tool that are now in 'Closed' status in your TMS.
Closed Deals Volume
Total volume from leads in a 'Closed' status in your TMS that were claimed and routed through Lead Router tool.
Conversion Rate
'Closed Deals' DIVIDED by 'Leads Taken'
Deal Min Price
Lowest volume from deals in a 'Closed' status in your TMS within selected timeframe.
Deal Max Price
Highest volume from deals in a 'Closed' status in your TMS within selected timeframe.
Deal Avg Price
Total volume from deals in 'Closed' status DIVIDED by the total number of deals in a 'Closed' status in your TMS within selected timeframe.
Leads By Area

Areas
Area breakdown for new lead generation, mapped to areas set by leads pushed through the lead router tool.
Prices
Price range breakdown for new lead generation, mapped to price ranges set by leads pushed through the lead router tool.
Specialties
Specialty breakdown for new lead generation, mapped to specialties set by leads pushed through the lead router tool.
ISA Stats

Total Appointments
The number of Appointments created in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/LEAD TYPE created within the selected Timeframe.
Actively Listed/Showing Homes
The number of Appointments created in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/LEAD TYPE created within the selected Timeframe.
Rejected/Trash
The number of leads mapped to 'Rejected/Trash' stages in Mav mapped to the selected SOURCE/LEAD TYPE created within the selected Timeframe.
Pending Deals
The number of leads in 'Pending' status in TMS mapped to the selected SOURCE/LEAD TYPE created within the selected Timeframe.
Closed Deals
The number of leads in 'Closed' status in TMS mapped to the selected SOURCE/LEAD TYPE created within the selected Timeframe.
Total Deals
The number of leads in 'Pending + Closed' status in TMS mapped to the selected SOURCE/LEAD TYPE created within the selected Timeframe.
Handout Details

Sent Time
Timestamp of when lead was sent through the router.
Claim Time
Timestamp of when lead was claimed from the router.
Is Claimed
If checked, this lead is currently still claimed and sitting with mapped agent.
Claimed By Name
Name of agent who claimed lead.
Area
Area of the lead.
Specialty
Specialty of the lead.
Price
Price of the lead entered at distribution in the lead router.
Lead Source
Source pulled from lead in FUB.
ISA Name
ISA who sent set the appt.
Appointment Type
Appt Type enter at distribution through the router.
Appointment Set For
Day and time of the appointment.
Timeframe
Timeframe disposition when lead for projected timeline to close.
Lead Type
Buyer or Seller lead disposition.
Agents Attempted
Number of agents pinged when routed through the router.
Went Initially Unclaimed
Check indicates lead was not claimed by an agent when put through the router.
Direct Handout
Check indicates lead will be directly assigned to an agent when put through the router.
Cancelled At
Cancelation timestamp for any leads that are canceled or stopped from distribution through the lead router.
ProDispatch Message in Slack

Why does the ProDispatch message in Slack not displaying the Appointment Date and Time?
When the lead is in either the Unclaimed or New Lead Handout channel, the Appointment will not be displayed.

Only the message that is sent directly to the agent will show the date and time of the Appointment.
